I landed my first internship as a System Engineer at CMC Cloud
Before that, i have never applied to a tech job ever before due to my low confidence and struggle to think that i’m able to fit in this tech industry
I always think i was not good enough
Then just at the lowest time of my life, Stoicism came to me
The most valuable things Stoicism taught me is how a Stoicisms think about everything into 2 categories
Things you can control and things that you cannot control
So basically it a must for you to focus 99% to the things you can control - your mind - your actions - your decisions
and don’t give a sh*t about the stuffs you can’t control
The Stoicism philosophy change my mindset
Then what came has came , the interview was great, everything went well, i have a fun speech and have a chance to share what i have done since i got to the tech industry
